SAFE-door offers customers both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts and reactive maintenance contracts as well as simple one-off call-out facilities for any commercial or industrial customer.
The primary contract types offered to customers are:
PPM
Where the company provides regular maintenance including labour and basic lubrication to ensure that the doors are serviced to comply with the PUWER Regulations.
Call-Out
Where no contractual agreement exists between the company and the customer and the work is carried out on a purely reactive basis.
