Soundlift: Our vertical lift acoustic doors provide a high performance solution to many industrial and commercial application problems. The design allows for single or double leaf sliding applications. The design is custom built and can fit any application.

Opening speed: Up to 1.0m/sec. (subject to door size)

Frame: Self-supporting, heavy-duty perimeter frames to transfer loads and mount the acoustic seal system

Panel thickness: up to 180mm depending on attenuation
Standard colour: standard primed for on-site painting, option from plastisol range or stainless steel
Special colours: according to RAL
Acoustic performance: Rw25dB to Rw65dB

Door Panel:

Panel skin: Zinc coated steel sheet prepared for on site painting by others
Insulation: Asymetric composite panel construction up to 180mm thick
Operation: Powered operation by silentdrive inverter and heavy duty chain system
Counterbalance: Fully counterbalanced for ease of operation
Controller: Frequency converter with microprocessor, 230VAC, 50Hz, 1ph, 20A

Local controls: Keypad on control panel fascia with "Open, Stop and Close", E-stop pushbutton - twist to reset, panel interlocked mains power isolator with padlockable facility. Volt free contacts for door open and closed.  Direct LCD plain English diagnostics display.

Extendability: Prepared to accept a multitude of inputs from induction loop detectors, motion detectors, pull cords, pushbuttons etc.

Cabinet: Available in stainless steel as an option
Motor gearbox: Specifically designed for use on heavy duty sliding doors.

Gearbox features: Robust low maintenance drive unit with integrated incremental encoder for accurate positioning.
Drive: Manual operation available via an optional battery back-up system if required.
Normal operation: Due to the size and weight of these doors the door control as standard operates on maintained pushbuttons to both open and close. Alternative control system selections will require safety devices such as safety edges etc and will be advised as necessary.

Standards: The door complies with the requirements of EN 12453.
